The worldwide L’Etape by Tour de France gran fondo series rolled through Colombia on Sunday at the 4th edition of  L’Etape Colombia.   Originally planned as a 113 kilometre event, due to government restrictions the route was cut down to 76 kilometres with 1750 metres of climbing.
