The 26th edition of L’Ariégeoise, one of the most famous cyclosportives in France, will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2020, just one year after extreme heat wreaked havoc at the race, killing a rider and forcing many to abandon.

The 178km Ariégeoise will start from Tarascon, France in the French Pyrenees and challenge riders with over 4888m climbing, including cols de Montségur, de la Croix des Morts, de Pailhères, du Chioula, plus a mountain top finish on the famous hors categorie Plateau de Beille used in Le Tour de France.

With over 5000 amateur gran fondo riders expected, the event offers several other routes of shorter distance and climbing, plus one just for women and one for e-bikes.
