UPDATE 6 April 2026: A $50,000 USD reward is now being offered by Bike Law, a national law firm, for information leading to the arrest of suspect Allen Bautista Milla, who remains at large.
On Wednesday 18 February the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) added Allen Bautista Milla to their Top 10 Most Wanted criminal list after he allegedly crashed a vehicle into elite cyclist Blaise Schaeffer on 10 December 2025, killing the 31 year-old team Jigawatt rider.
Milla is wanted by the TBI and the Metro Nashville Police Department for: 1) Vehicular Homicide by Reckless Conduct, 2) False Imprisonment, 3) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Death, and 4) Failure to Give Information/Render Aid.
TBI also warned that Most Wanted fugitives should be considered armed and dangerous and approached with extreme caution.
