After a one-year break, the 11th edition of the Scotland’s Tour ‘O The Borders returned on Sunday 7 September, offering a record 2500 cyclists the opportunity to ride on completely closed roads for 120km in the wild glens of the upper Tweed basin.

Jordan Irvine (TRIWORKS EDINBURGH) recorded the fastest time of 3:09:40, just beating Alastair Burden and Louis Thornley at 3:09:42 in that order.

Fastest for the women was Iona King at 3:35:43, with Michelle Bergstrand 3:38:32 and Jane Wolfendale 3:39:46 close behind.

The 88km medio length route saw Scott Wigglesworth stop the clock in 2:40:13 as the fastest finisher for the men, with Georgina Fenwick achieve the same for the women in 3:23:44.
