Fresh on the heels of announcing their new Eifel 205 gran fondo in Germany, Milestone Series has announced another 2020 event – Båstad 208 in Sweden.
Known for it’s highly successful Majorca 312 gran fondo, Milestone has kicked off a rapid growth plan to add several new events in 2020.
Starting on the Bjäre peninsula in Sweden on September 13 from the seaside resort city of Båstad, riders will roll over a relatively tame course with less than 2000m of climbing through 208km of beautiful Swedish landscapes and forests.
Båstad is well known for tennis. The largest centre court in Sweden is located in the town’s center and has hosted the likes of world class players like Björn Borg, Mats Wilander and Stefan Edberg.
