French team Chalettois Guidon announced the sudden and unexpected death of 24 year-old French amateur Simon Millon on Monday, just hours after he finished 51st at the Boucles Guegonnaises road race.
The family and the GUIDON CHALETTOIS are sad to announce the sudden death of SIMON MILLON this Monday at the age of 24.
SIMON was an essential pillar and a member of the N1 team from 2019 to 2023 and then this year in 2025.
In addition to his great sporting qualities that had seen him triumph in many events including Manche Atlantique and the Tour des Deux Sèvres.
Simon was generous, combative, loyal, much appreciated by his teammates, supervisors and club leaders.
Today, it is a great shock, difficult to overcome for his family, friends and teammates but al will ekeen to honor his memory on the next

La Republique de Centre reports Millon was found deceased at his home in Tours, with additional details surrounding his death not disclosed.
Millon had just rejoined the Guidon Chalettois N1 team after racing for Morbihan Adris Gwendal Olioveeux in 2024, where he earned overall victory at the Tour des Deux-Sevres-Magasins stage race and won the Manche-Atlantique one day race.
