The first event for elite and amateur cyclists to try and qualify for the 2025 UCI Gravel World Championships will take place at the 2024 UEC European Gravel Championships in Asiago, Italy on 13 October.
The UEC European Gravel Championships are open to everyone, with no need to qualify. UEC championship jerseys will be awarded to male and female winners of elite and age group categories, with those riders finishing in the top 25% of their age/gender category also qualifying to race at the 2025 UCI Gravel World Championships taking place in Nice, France next October.
The beautiful Altipiano di Asiago course consists of a 51-km loop with 800 vertical meters of climbing over the Veneto region’s famous white gravel, better known as sterrati. Elite Men, M19-34, M35-39, M40-44 will race three laps. Elite Women, W19-34, W35-39, W40-44, W45-49, W50-54, M45-49 and M50-54 will tackle two laps. All other categories will ride one lap.
