19 year-old Croatian cycling star Nikolas Gojkovic (BK Zadar) won the fourth edition of Granfondo Pag on a beautiful sunny Sunday along the Adriatic Coast, earning his second-in-a-row Cycling on the Moon title.

The multiple Croatian national champion, wearing bib #1, earned victory by attacking a lead group of five riders in the final meters of the 85 kilometer race, with only 17 year-old Luka Skara and 2022 UCI Gran Fondo World Champion Igor Kopse, 49, able to follow. Gojkovic powered across the finish in 2:01:29, with Skara and Kopse trailing. Janko Benger and Matija Meden rolled in another five seconds back at 2:01:34.

28 year-old Martina Erjavec (KD Obala) claimed the women’s title with a strong solo finish at 2:15:31, followed by Tina Klinar and Maja Kokalj Gram.
