L’Etape by Tour de France has cancelled the 25 May L’Etape Estado de Mexico gran fondo.

After L’Etape La Paz, this is the second L’Etape Mexico event to be cancelled due to COVID-19.  Four other L’Etape events are planned for Mexico in 2020:  21 June Cancún, 27 September CDMX, 24 October San Carlos and 28 November Acapulco.

Accoring to their website, L’Etape plans to hold the event on a yet to be announce future date.

“Due to the contingency generated by COVID-19, this event has been postponed and the date will be defined shortly, however registration is still open and the event will take place.”
