Exactly one year ago Italian Flavio Pagliaccia was racing at Gran Fondo del Po, where the 37-year old CYKELN TEAM ASD racer finished 14th out of 606 riders.
That will be his best result for quite some time, at least until until 2031, after being found guilty of two doping charges and banned from competition for 12 years by the National Anti Doping Organization (NADO).
In 2019 after Gran Fondo del Po Pagliaccia tested positive for testosterone and was provisionally suspended, but he kept racing and once gain returned a positive test in September 2019 for Benzoilecgonina – cocaine.
NADO has now banned him from competition for 4 years for testosterone use and another 8 years for cocaine. The bans are to be served consecutively until 19 May 2031.
