Italian National Medio Fondo Champion Felice Giangregorio (APICE TRE COLLI) tested positive for the substance Recombinant Erythropoietin (EPO) following a control ordered by National Anti Doping Organization (NADO) at an out of competition in Calvi, Italy on 24 October 2019.

Pending the outcome of a NADO Italia hearing, he has been provisionally suspended from competition.

Giangregorio won the 114km Italian National Medio Fondo Championship for amateur men age 30-34 on April 7, 2019 at the 3rd Mediofondo Primavera in the Campania region of Southern Italy.
